Choux Pastry Techniques
Join Chef Owner Kathryn Joel for a class on choux pastry and explore the techniques behind perfect Profiteroles (cream puffs) and light, cheesy Gougères. You’ll also prepare Gnocchi à la Parisienne with a Sage Brown Butter Sauce, learning how choux pastry can be transformed into delicate gnocchi.

During the class, you’ll learn essential piping, baking, and pan-frying techniques, giving you the confidence to recreate both sweet and savoury choux dishes at home.
