Candlelight Yoga at The Orchards

Candlelight Yoga (Ages 16+)

Unwind before the holiday rush with an evening of calm and connection as you step into serenity and let the gentle glow of candlelight guide you to complete relaxation. Join our instructor Samantha for a tranquil yoga experience designed to melt away stress, calm the mind, and restore your inner balance.

Surrounded by the warmth and stillness of the room, you’ll move through peaceful poses and deep stretches that feel like a spa for the soul.

Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle and prepare to leave refreshed, renewed, and ready for the week ahead.
