Join James and Trista Davis, for an evening of breathwork, thoughtful discussion on relationship challenges, and the cultivation of deeper connection. Through connection exercises and a heart-centered breathwork journey, you'll open your heart and deepen your relationship.
This event includes a brief discussion, a 60-minute breathwork journey, and integration exercises. Whether you're new to breathwork or experienced, full instructions will be provided to ensure a meaningful experience.
During the breathwork journey, you’ll be lying down, and we provide mats and props for your comfort. The price covers both partners, so there's no need to register separately.
For the best experience, we recommend attending on an empty stomach. Please avoid eating 60-90 minutes before the session. We have scheduled the session early enough that you can grab dinner afterwards, or maybe dessert...
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful practice. Because it can create strong physical and emotional shifts, it may not be appropriate for everyone.
Please consult your physician before participating if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular concerns (including high blood pressure, history of heart attack or stroke), epilepsy or seizure disorders, glaucoma or retinal issues, severe asthma or other significant respiratory conditions, recent surgery or injury, or any medical condition that could be aggravated by intense breathing. This style of breathwork is also not recommended for individuals experiencing active psychosis, mania, or severe, unmanaged PTSD, or for anyone currently under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
