Come enjoy an evening of meaning and connection as we move through the darkest part of the year by candlelight… sparking our inner flame through breath, movement & song. Winter solstice is a time for stillness and reflection. Let’s celebrate the sun’s rebirth into longer days as we move from darkness into light.

7:30-8:45 pm ✨ FIRELIGHT FLOW & YIN with Isabelle Addison & Ambient Rhythm and Sound by Kevin Parkinson

 
7:30-8:45pm ✨ SLOW FLOW & RESTORE with Tania Vazquez & Soundbath by Kevin Gaudet

8:45-9:00pm TEA TIME! Grab a cuppa tea and a cushion and settle in for a cozy kirtan with both classes coming together to sing.
 

9-9:55 pm ✨ SONG & CELEBRATION! Let your heartstrings play to the sound of Isabelle’s healing and inspiring voice accompanied by Melanie Maltais & Kevin Parkinson. This is a call & response KIRTAN style sing along! Feel free to sing along or simply let the songs wash through you.
