DESCRIPTION:
The Pantry Cooking Series focusses on recipes that are primarily made with pantry staples. These dishes are meant to be things that can help you put off grocery shopping for another day. Recipes are chosen to avoid too much prep or fore-thought (because if we'd thought of dinner earlier, we probably would have gone to the grocery store) and to be adaptable to incorporate whatever you may still have on hand as your fridge is approaching empty.
This month, we'll be exploring Flatbreads and Bean Salads/Dips that can accompany them. Being confident with making a quick flatbread gives you a quick and easy base for launching any pantry meal. With a flatbread you've got the building block for a little pizza or burrito or falafel or wrap sandwich. Join us and we'll talk about making fast and easy flatbreads as well as some quick pantry basics to accompany them.
