This lesson is 4 hours in length. Amara will prepare a light French salad: salade de carottes râpées or, Grated carrot salad, as a snack in between steps.In this class you’ll make an individual portion of food and learn the skills to recreate this recipe at home. NOTE:  To reduce waste, please bring a carryout container. Doors to the Kitchen will close 10 minutes after the indicated start time. Class size is limited to 12 participants. Each person attending requires their own ticket. REGISTRATION INFO: Please review The Kitchen FAQ's for important registration information. COST: $24.
