- **Event Description**: Do you smoke, vape, or use smokeless tobacco and wish you had support to help you reduce, quit, or maintain your quit? ChangeCore may be for you.

ChangeCore is a non-clinical, peer-led, weekly support group for those in any stage of their tobacco reduction journey. 

Join us online every Monday evening from 7 p.m. – 8 p.m. Sessions are held virtually on Zoom. 

To join the session you will need any device with internet access, a camera, and a microphone. Computers are recommended to view the group properly. While having your camera on is not mandatory, it is recommended to help create a safe space.
