Synopsis: The Roberts family gathers for Thanksgiving but this year it’s like a powder keg ready to blow. Past pains, current frustrations, and the future all collide. Relationships are tested. Sides are taken. And what happens after it all falls apart. What will people regret? Who will change? Will the family make it through?

Features the acting talents of: Carol Richmond, Joe Wheeler, Jr., Shelby Windom, Trent Latta, Jaret Miller, Daniel Hanlon, Mary Donatelli, and Vincent Kovar.

Expected Run Time: 100 minutes, with no intermission. A Playwright Feedback session will be held after the reading and is encouraged but optional to stay and participate.

Content Warning(s): adult language, family dysfunction, and themes of emotional abuse.

First Draft is a FREE staged reading series, but we ask that you reserve tickets, in case of changes to capacity prior to the event. We will be checking people off on a door list upon arrival, so you will NOT receive printed tickets in the mail or at Will Call.
