Join Shaefeather Windsong for an uplifting book group discussion on the book “Zen Wisdom for the Anxious” by Shinsuke Hosokawa. Whether or not you’re feeling anxious, this book is an effortless and gentle read, full of zen wisdom and inspiration through poetic passages.

Shae’s book groups include handouts, guided meditations and other spiritual tools to add to your belt in addition to the discussion. 

Free or with a love donation between $5-15. All are welcome. 

Each reading section takes about 10 minutes to read — which leaves plenty of time to ponder on each passage or poem! You’re encouraged to come with thoughts and questions to share in the discussion (but no pressure!) 


Reading schedule: 
May 29 - Prologue and “Spring”
June 5 - “Summer”
June 12 - “Fall”
June 19 - “Winter” and Epilogue
