Find Your Light is a soul-soothing experience designed to help you release what no longer serves you and move into the season with clarity, compassion, and calm. This two-hour journey includes:
- Breathwork with supportive sound to center and calm the body
- Grief yoga to gently process emotional heaviness
- Ceremonial candle lighting to symbolically let go and invite renewal
- ACT Therapy tools (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy) to navigate family conflict and emotional triggers
- Healing Sound Bath led by Victoria Cudjo, to close with deep rest and energetic alignment
