As you lie comfortably, waves of sound will wash over you, helping release tension, reset your nervous system, and realign your energy for the year ahead. No movement required—just breathe, listen, and allow yourself to be carried by the resonance of healing sound.

Facilitator: Victoria Cudjo, a professional vocalist, will guide you through this immersive experience with her soulful voice and intuitive sound healing techniques.
