Settle into stillness and let the soft glow of candlelight guide you inward. Candlelight Yin is a serene, slow‑paced yoga experience designed to melt away tension through long, gentle stretches and deep, mindful breathing. Each pose is supported and unhurried, giving your body time to open and your mind space to quiet.

This calming class is led by 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and Certified Yin Instructor Melody Edwards, whose grounded presence and thoughtful guidance create a deeply nurturing environment. Her approach encourages relaxation, mindfulness, and a gentle return to your inner calm.

The room is illuminated only by flickering candles, creating a peaceful sanctuary perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. No experience is needed—just come as you are and allow the warmth, stillness, and softness to hold you.
