What to wear:
Any comfy or loose fitting clothing that allows full movement. You may practice barefoot or in socks with adequate grip

Bring your:
✅Yoga Mat
✅Props (optional but helpful) blocks, strap, blanket
✅Water
✅Towel (optional)

**If you don’t have a yoga mat, msg me and I can bring an extra for you.

Your Instructor:
My yoga journey started 8 years ago in a small local fitness studio. I attended an intimate class that sparked a fire that is still burning today. I experienced training under esteemed practitioners in India, offering a deeply rooted, holistic approach to yoga that blends physical postures, breathwork, & meditation. My style prioritizes mindfulness, personal transformation, and sustainable well-being for students of all levels. Through this journey, I have discovered my love for arm balances, amazing benefits of restorative yoga, quiet stillness of meditation, and a passion for sharing with others.
