- **Event Description**: This event is open only to those who qualified for the Loretta Lynn's NE Amateur Regional through the NE area qualifier program.

The final step to Loretta's begins here for the Northeast Region. All racing will be on the Pro Track. Friday is an optional practice day for event racers only. It's the racers best preview of what Saturday and Sunday's track will be like. There is a brief practice on Saturday morning. All classes race 3 motos and all 3 motos count towards the overall. Top 6 in each class move on to the Ranch. 

We will accept alternates in any class as long as that class has under 40 racers pre-registered -or- if pre-registration was above 40 racers, that the alternate keeps the class count under 73.

The first step for a qualified racer is to register for the Regional through MX Sports to guarantee your spot. Then you can make it easier once you arrive by coming over to https://unadillamx.com/loretta-lynns/ for a link to our racing and practice pre-entry as well as event information.

There is plenty of camping room. We don't sell camping or tickets in advance for this event. We have several spots to fill tanks and drums with potable water but there are no direct hook ups. Modern bathrooms and showers are on site.

                "description": "Unadilla MX began in 1969 on land that was formerly a dairy farm. While motocross had a foothold in Europe after having started at the end of Would War II, it was not well known in America. But the potential was there. The original pro track began to be laid out towards the back of the facility but logistics soon made it clear that it would be less than an ideal location. Thus it was back to the drawing board and a course was laid out closer to the highway. That forward thinking continues to be appreciated today.\n\nUnadilla took off in popularity almost from the first event. Over the years, Unadilla has been home to the 250 USGP, the fall Trans-AMA and Trans-USA series, was the first track in the U.S. to hold the MX des Nations, and has hosted a round of the Pro Motocross Nationals for the last seventeen years.\n\nIn 2000, “U-2” was unveiled. Part of “U-2” lays on what was originally planned as the pro track. A track with similar features to its big brother, it was and continues to be designed with amateur racers in mind and remains true to outdoor motocross with its long uphills and downhills, sweeper turns, and jumps. \n\nThe racing season typically opens in May and runs through September. Located in the rolling hills of Central New York, Unadilla holds events for both dirt bikes and ATVs.
