Due to the awesomeness of October's yoga and gong treat we are doing another one. It will be an amazing afternoon where you will be treated to a gentle yoga flow, tea/coffee and Paleo treat and then a wonderful Gong Bath experience by Jo McCoy. “Just relax and let the sound of the gong take you where you need to go”.

Session is 2-5pm
2-3pm gentle yoga
3-330pm – tea/coffee and Paleo cake
3.30–5pm – Gong bath

Jo’s gong sessions are wonderful and something not to be missed. Jo is really knowledgeable about the gong and it’s amazing effects on the body. During our session Jo will provide information at the start and then introduce some gentle movements and breathwork for the body. Using lots of support so that you’re really comfy you’ll lie down and lose yourself in the powerful sound vibrations of the Gong. Just bring your presence and willingness to let go, allowing the deep relaxation to boost your well-being. There will be important time after to gradually ease out of the relaxation before leaving our cosy space.

The Gong strengthens the parasympathetic nervous system, tunes up the glandular system and slows the brain waves down, creating conditions for deep relaxation and healing. The Gong also has an accumulative healing effect on the mind, body and spirit, inviting clarity, vibrancy and intuition. When the mind is still you can move into your heart and experience life just as it is.

The experience doesn't use an actual bath. It's called a gong bath as you are bathed in the vibrational sounds of the Gong as you lie in relaxation.

*Precautions: Not suitable during pregnancy, if you have epilepsy, a serious mental health condition or any condition which is sound sensitive or could be triggered by sound e.g. metal implants/pacemaker.
