Come join us for a magical evening at Rising Tide Cafe as we celebrate the changing of the seasons! Our winter celebration will be filled with winter wines, foraged foods, and good vibes. Bring your friends and family to enjoy exciting food, delicious drinks, and a cozy atmosphere. Catherine of Rising Tide Cafe will introduce you to their new line of winter wines, and Judith of Edinburgh Forage and Eat will tell you all about the wild foods we can forage in winter in Edinburgh and the beaches, woods, and hills around us. Taste acorns and winter mushrooms, rosehips and sloes, seaweeds and seabuckthorn, wild seeds and spices and many more December treats in an exciting and delicious selection of wild foods. You will be able to learn about where and how to forage seasonal plants and fungi and how to prepare them, ask questions, taste about 15 wild foods in our exciting seven course tasting menu and have a look, feel, and smell of the forageables in their unprocessed state while being comfortably seated indoors and entertained by your host.
