Taste acorns and winter mushrooms, rosehips and sloes, seaweeds and seabuckthorn, wild seeds and spices and many more December treats in an exciting and delicious selection of wild foods. You will be able to learn about where and how to forage seasonal plants and fungi and how to prepare them, ask questions, taste about 15 wild foods in our exciting seven course tasting menu and have a look, feel, and smell of the forageables in their unprocessed state while being comfortably seated indoors and entertained by your host.Let's ring in the solstice together in style!
