Winter Innerland is a gently immersive session designed to soothe your nervous system, boost your inner Ph*rm*cy, and help you reconnect with the quiet, steady place inside you.

This is the final breathwork + sound healing session of the year, and we’d love to have you in the circle.

Activate your joy hormones, clear your mental fog, and drop into a deeper, calmer state. Expect light movement, rhythmic breathing, and an uplifting soundtrack that brings your whole system back online.

A nourishing energetic reset to soften the edges, melt tension, and bring harmony back to body and mind.

Grounding, reflective, and perfect for releasing emotional heaviness as we move into the final weeks of the year.

Let crystal bowls and gentle winter frequencies guide you into stillness, nervous system balance, and inner spaciousness.
