Join us for a soul-nourishing day of expression, creativity, and connection at our Art & Movement Flow Retreat. 

Set in nature, this one-day retreat invites you to reconnect with yourself and others through guided movement, mindful exploration, and creative play.

We’ll begin with a grounding nature walk, followed by movement and connection practices to open the body and heart.
Tap into your creative flow during an immersive art session, and as the sun sets, we’ll gather around for a mesmerizing fire spinning finale.

All food is included—nourishing meals to keep you energized and inspired throughout the day.

Whether you're craving creative release, soulful connection, or a break from the everyday, this retreat is a space to flow, create, and be.





? Itinerary – One Day to Reconnect, Create & Ignite

9:00 AM – Departure from Edinburgh
Meet your fellow travelers at our central pick-up point.
Set intentions for the day as we journey into the wild beauty of the Scottish Borders in our cozy retreat van.

10:00 AM – Arrival & Forest Welcome
Settle into the forest surroundings with herbal tea and nourishing snacks.
Ground your senses with a gentle forest bathing walk, led with intention to connect to nature’s stillness and textures.
Embrace silence, gather inspiration, and receive creative prompts from the land.

11:30 AM – Wild Art with Em
Guided creative expression using natural materials and mixed media.
No art experience needed — just presence, play, and open hands.
Create in flow: solo or collaboratively, immersed in forest energy.

1:00 PM – Bonfire Lunch
Gather around the fire for a rustic, soul-warming outdoor meal.
Share stories, reflections, and creative moments so far.

2:00 PM – Rest & Integration
Free time to journal, nap, explore the area solo, or simply lie beneath the trees.
Optional guided breathwork prompts available.

3:30 PM – Ecstatic Dance Journey
Drop into your body with guided ecstatic dance surrounded by wild nature.
Move freely to a curated soundscape — release, express, and feel alive.

5:00 PM – Nourishment & Break
Light snacks and grounding drinks (chai or herbal blends).
Gentle decompression and reflection circle.

6:00 PM – Fire Dancing Ceremony with Iga
Step into the sacred wild with a fire dance performance and workshop.
Watch the flames dance, then try simple, guided movements (no experience needed).
Connect to your inner fire and creative courage.

7:30 PM – Final Reflections by Firelight
Close the day with gratitude, group sharing, and creative takeaways.

9:00 PM – Return to Edinburgh
Van ride home with soft music and full hearts.
