- **Event Description**: Join us in Lochend Secret Garden creating items to increase biodiversity in the garden.About this EventJoin us in the garden for a wildcrafting session led by Johanna. In this wild crafting session, we'll be using natural materials from the garden (for example rocks, wood, soil) to craft items to increase biodiversity. Earlier this year we expanded and redesigned our pond with the aim of attracting more frogs or toads to the garden. In this wildcrafting session we'll be making a toad hotel for frogs and toads to hibernate in. Free for both members and non-members. This event is fully funded by LCR Stands Up thanks to the Ripple Hub. Under 16 year olds must be accompanied by an adult. No experience or equipment needed. We have gardening gloves for people to borrow and equipment. We'll also provide free hot drinks and snacks. Free on-street parking on Lochend Quadrant. We're located down the path between 6 and 8 Lochend Quadrant.Unfortunately, we don't have toilet facilities in the garden as we don't have mains water. The closest public toilets are at the Sainsburys and Lidl at Meadowbank Retail Park (5 min drive / 10 min walk away). https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events2/banners/bcc05c20-bb7b-11f0-904d-c38d3c089d5d-rimg-w1110-h740-dcbf792c-gmir.jpg
