- **Event Description**: UNSEEING is an immersive journey into yourself through vinyasa, sound and intuitive movement. Beginning with a guided yoga practice, we'll move through a repeated, flowing sequence designed to build warmth, rhythm and awareness in the body. As the practice unfolds, the outside world gradually falls away. With the room softly lit and the soundtrack evolving around you, you'll be invited to soften your gaze, close your eyes if it feels right, and shift your attention away from how you look and towards how you feel.

As the structure of the yoga gently dissolves, movement becomes your own. There is no choreography to follow and no right way to move — you might dance, stretch, sway, explore, or find stillness. The soundscape will guide the energy of the room from flowing movement into freeform exploration before gradually bringing you back towards stillness. UNSEEING is an invitation to let go of expectation, let the mind become quieter and reconnect with the intelligence of your body.
