- **Event Description**: Join members of Scottish co-operatives of all kinds for talks, workshops, communal meals … and more !About this EventIf you are a member of a Scottish co-operative of any kind, or curious about what is going on in the sector you are invited to join us on Saturday 27th for a full day of talks, workshops, communal eating and more! Scroll down for the full scheduleThe event will be a mixture of sharing information, reporting on current developments, discussing practicalities and providing support for those who need it. We are aiming to connect co-operatives of different types (housing, workers, food co-ops, energy co-ops and more) to learn from each other, and how to act as a movement. What does the future of co-ops look like in Scotland? Let's find out by building it together!On Friday June 26th, there will be some "fringe" events: a Financial Literacy workshop; and the Edinburgh Student Housing Co-operative's regular community meal. Please sign up to those session using this form.The event is free to attend with all catering served on a pay-what-you-can basis. We also have limited bursaries for travel costs. If you need accommodation for either Friday, Saturday, or both nights, please email newedinsocialcentre@riseup.net to discuss how we might be able to help.The event has been jointly organised by members of  Edinburgh Student Housing Co-operative, SHRUB,  Co-operate Scotland, Edinburgh Social Centre and Bath Street Housing Co-op.
