Workshop Content

If you don't have a clear and strong value proposition, a personal brand, then it's really difficult to positively influence the people who are making the decisions that are going to impact on your objectives. You have to be able to tell people what you stand for, and then show action. That’s how you get credibility and you need credibility to build influence.

At this workshop we will cover:

• Treating influencing as a five stage project.
• The importance of influencing objectives.
• Researching and developing an influencing plan.
• Influencing without “positional authority”.
• Questioning and listening techniques.
• Words, voice, body language and rapport.
• Being assertive.
• Building and maintaining respect.
