- **Event Description**: Sound and Rest Nest is a powerful combination of restorative, gentle, supported Yoga poses and a variety of instruments to create a bath of sound waves that wash over the body and promote relaxation and rejuvenation.

Restorative Yoga poses help to open up the body and release tension, while the sound vibrations help to further relax the mind and body. You will be bathed in the sounds of singing bowls, rain sticks, chimes and other instruments. These magical sounds can help to reduce stress, anxiety, burnout, pain, and promote feelings of peace and relaxation.
