I aim to induce dream like states, taking the nervous system on a journey into reset, soothing the mind, slowing the brain and in turn, relaxing and rebalancing the body.I call these sound journeys MEANDERSCAPES.This session fall on the eve on Samhain, the celtic festival that celebrates our transition into the winter months. I will be taking inspiration from this transition - the harvest months to winter, from light to dark, from activity to rest.Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets wlll be provided.
