We are here to live a fruitful existence, so let’s deeply root into our bodies, our senses, our dreams and desires and dance them into reality through the body.This Sunday we join in circle to share our intentions, reflect together and draw oracle cards, if so desired. You will then be guided through a movement journey to connect deeply with your body and the wisdom that lives within it.We will plant ourselves as seeds of intention and allow our movement to guide us into full bloom. Together we will explore the capacity to create through movement, embodying the qualities we wish to cultivate and bringing them into expression.And of course, we will enjoy feasting on our own fruition, celebrating ourselves, each other, and the unique goodness we each bring into the world.No dance experience is necessary.
