- **Event Description**: ?✨ We’re beyond excited to partner with our friends at @lighthousebks this September for the launch of Dr Anthony Delaney’s Queer Georgians in our very own Georgian House!

? Based on original archival research, Queer Georgians: A hidden history of lovers, lawbreakers and homemakers brings to light the real lives that inspired Gentleman Jack and the romances of Bridgerton stories too long written out of history, now lovingly restored.

?️ The evening will be hosted in our beautiful Drawing Room by writer and researcher Indigo Dunphy-Smith, who will chat with Dr Delaney about sharing the dazzling, dramatic, and deeply human tales uncovered in his debut book.
After the talk, you’ll be free to wander through the Georgian House and browse our much-loved secondhand bookshop.
