The session will gradually build your confidence in cycling on the road and in traffic.What to bringPlease bring your own bicycle* and helmet, and wear comfortable clothes for the activity. You may wish to bring some water or snacks too.*The bicycle must be in working order. If you have a bike which you think needs a bit of TLC, please bring it along to the Wee Spoke Hub (before the training day) for a free assessment of your bike.
