- **Event Description**: We've got a Club debut this Friday, 16th January: The fabulous Hamish McGregor and his Jazzmen will play at the Edinburgh Jazz 'n Jive Club.

This well establish septet is known for its upbeat Swing Jazz which is great for dancing Lindy Hop and Jive. The ensemble has an exceptionally good sounds and will also play the occasional Trad Jazz tune. Well worth coming for, even if you just want to listen to great Jazz over a pint of beer or glass of wine.

Before this gig, we'll have a Forum meeting, at 7pm, where you can learn more about our Club and some changes we're planning for 2026. All welcome!

The Edinburgh Jazz 'n Jive Club offers on Fridays live Jazz music in a relaxed club house atmosphere, with a bar and an excellent, wooden dance floor. The music is generally suitable for dancing Foxtrot and Swing (Lindy Hop, Shag, Balboa). Come along to listen to superb Jazz and to dance the evening away!

No need to book in advance, just come along! The entry fee is £12 for non-members and £10 for members. Entry is free for accompanying carers and accompanied children. The fee can be paid at the door by card and cash. The main entrance is from Bangholm Terrace, with step-free access from Warriston Gardens corner Inverleith Row.
