Nikki has trained with The British Academy of Sound Therapy and follows a method of sound therapy that has been proven to relax the body and soothe the mind. She aims to induce dream like states, to sleep while awake, to nourish the nervous system and slow down the brain.The basment studio space in East Side Yoga is beautifully resonant, particpants will feel truly soaked and held in a depth of healing frequency.Start the weekend reset and rejuvenated!Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets wlll be provided.
