I follow a method of sound therapy that has been proven to relax the body and soothe the mind. I aim to induce dream like states, to sleep while awake, to nourish the nervous system and slow down the brain.This session is held in the inimitable studio in Gathering Essence. This space feels special, they do great work in there and its palpable when you walk in, it nourishes you just to be there! The studio is airy, light and spacious and is lush with plant life, it also has an inhouse surround sound system so i will be amplifying some of my instruments to ensure particpants will feel truly soaked and held in a depth of healing frequency.Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets wlll be provided. Please wear comfortable clothes and if you are unable to lie on the floor please let me know and i will provide an alternative.Some refreshments will be offered at the end with some time for chats and integration, if you wish.This event is not suitable for you if:You are in your first trimester of pregnancyYou have a pacemakerYou have frequency triggered epilepsyYou have a severe mental health conditionIf you have any questions please email me! - nikki.fonnhealing@gmail.com :)
