SAAS Funding. This course is free for people who qualify for SAAS. 
1. You have to be a permanent resident of Scotland with access to public funds. 
2. Either employed and earning £25, 000 a year or less or can be unemployed as well
3. Have not used the SAAS funding in this Academic Year. Or an international student
