Take a break from the noise of everyday life and join us at Leith Community Croft on Leith Links for a chilled Saturday afternoon guided meditation.

No experience needed — just come as you are, bring some friends, and enjoy a chance to relax, reset, and discover a little more calm and happiness inside yourself. ??

We will have blankets to sit on but if you have mobility issues please bring a folding chair with you. Suitable for beginners to experienced.

Everyone is Welcome.

Timetable: 

2.15pm – arrive and get comfy – you will find us next to the Blue ‘Free Meditation’ flag!

2.30 – 3pm: Guided Meditation

2.30 – 3pm: Cafe time for those who wish

Booking:

Please book your free place online if you can (it helps us to know how many people to expect). If you can’t, however, please do just drop by on the day.
