- **Event Description**: A unique sound bath blending therapeutic frequency, ambient music, field recordings and percussion.About this EventA Meanderscape is an immersive and transformative sound journey where ambient music, singing bowls, field recordings, vocals and percussion are woven together to create expansive sonic landscapes designed to relax, restore and inspire.Nikki has trained with The British Academy of Sound Therapy and integrates a method of sound therapy that has been proven to relax the body and soothe the mind. She aims to induce dream like states, to sleep while awake, to nourish the nervous system and slow down the brain.For this session Nikki aka FONN hopes to invoke feelings of warmth,  joy and abundance as we inch ever closer to summer. A summer invocation, to envisage and bring forth a Generous Sun.  This will be held in the beautiful space in Studio 1 at East Side Yoga.The perfect way to round off the weekend :)Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets wlll be provided.
