End of Year Sound Bath: Release, Renew, and Realign

Close out the year with a soothing, immersive Sound Bath with the intention of letting go of what no longer serves you and welcoming the energy of a fresh beginning. Surrounded by calming vibrations from singing bowls, chimes, and gentle instruments, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation as your mind unwinds and your body resets.

This restorative experience is ideal for anyone seeking clarity, peace, and grounding before stepping into the new year. Allow the healing frequencies to wash over you, clearing stagnant energy and creating space for renewal and intention.

During this 90-minute session, Ana will guide you through this experience to ease your mind. You will lie down, close your eyes, and let the vibrations take you into a deep state of relaxation and inner peace.

•Bring a notepad and pen as we will go through a ritual of writing down a gratitude list for the year we are letting go and for anything you wanna make space for the upcoming one.

At the end, you will be invited to pick an oracle card to go home with a message to meditate on.
