A variety of materials, including paints, black ink pens, pencils, and natural elements (such as leaves and rocks), will be available. If you regularly work with a particular medium, you are welcome to bring your own materials. Card will be provided as a canvasCreative Expression: The core of the workshop will focus on bringing your vision to life. You will fill your ‘sacred ciorcal’ with images, words, or symbols that hold personal meaning. Intentional music will be played to support the creative flowClosing connection circle: Finally, we will reconnect in a closing circle. There will be an invitation for people to share their creative process and their ‘sacred ciorcals’ if they feel comfortable.About the facilitatorRachael is a Clinical Psychologist and artist.
