Attend any or all!About this EventEach week offers a 1-hour sound bath designed to gently support rest, balance and connection through the healing vibrations of gongs, singing bowls and other sacred sound instruments.We begin with Earth, supporting grounding and stability, move into Water, inviting emotional flow and softness, then Fire, encouraging energy and transformation, and finally Air, bringing clarity and release.This series offers a simple space to pause, listen and reconnect, with each element bringing its own quality of experience.You are welcome to attend any one session or come to all four as a series.Held by Flora, each session offers a calm and supportive environment for rest and renewal.A few benefits of Sound Baths include :• Lower Cortisol (Stress levels)• Balance Hormones• Help Lympathic Flow• Improves Sleep Quality• Helping with Depression• Shifting blocked emotions• Releasing old traumaFlora (flolux sound) is a Light Artist and Qualified Sound Therapist based in Edinburgh.
