Come and join us in the beautiful city of Edinburgh to explore practice and research developments for allied health professionals working in schools settings
CYPF-SS School-based Occupational Therapy Clinical Forum and CYPF-SS Scotland present a joint study day. This study day will feature keynote lectures from a range of allied health and education professionals working or researching in the area of school based practice. Further practice developments will be shared from across school based services in Scotland.

RAISE: Researching Allied health In Schools and Education
RAISE is establishing a strategic research agenda for occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and speech and language therapy in UK education settings. Working with diverse stakeholders, we will identify the allied health interventions and models of service delivery that should be a research priority in the next five years.
Rob Webster, Director, Maximising the Impact of Teaching Assistants project,
Associate Professor, Centre for Inclusive Education, Institute of Education, University College London.
Rob leads a research programme focusing on the use and impact of teaching assistants. He has conducted research on the educational experiences of students with special educational needs and disabilities, and has previously worked as a teaching assistant and for a Local Authority managing the former statutory assessment process
