People come to our courses and coaching feeling that they are the problem, and that if they could just try harder or be more disciplined, things would work better.Often, it’s the way our environment is set up that isn’t working for us. It can be damaging to keep forcing ourselves to adapt to structures that don’t suit us or don’t matter to us. Many of us think it's a personal failing - it isn’t.
