It is a mind-body technique that is clinically shown to reduce stress enabling us to easily process complex emotions, memories and experiences.EFT Tapping can be used for a wide range of issues, clearing things from the past and present by taking the ‘emotional charge’ out of them allowing you to move forward in your life with confidence, freedom and peace of mind.You don't need to be familiar with the technique, you will learn how to do it during the session.
