Please bring water and an eye mask if you would prefer complete darkness during the soundbath.This session is not suitable for women in first trimester pregnancy, for people who have epilepsy or have unmedicated biopolar disorder or schizophrenia due to the soundwaves and how it can affect the brain waves/mood/triggers.
