It is virtually undisturbed and is one of the best examples of raised bog in South Lanarkshire.We will removing birch scrub from the moss to help to raise the water levels and improve the health of the bog. Please note that due to the distance to this site, the bus will depart at 0900 from the squareWe encourage volunteers to use our minibus for transport.
