John is a Certified Wim Hof Method Instructor level 2 and worked in Inner Fire Academy for seven years before going solo in 2023, a Breath Work Advanced Practitioner having trained for many years with Kasper van Dee Meulen, a certified Mindfulness Coach and a Certified Fitness professional 15 years, working across the UK and Europe. John had his own Fitness Boot camp for 10 years and was a Semi Professional obstacle course competitor (endurance racing) World Wide. 

John’s lifelong passion for nature and wildlife has seen him evolving as a Shamanic Practitioner, offering plant medicine ceremonies including Hapeh and drumming Journeys.

“My passions are health, wellbeing, fitness and movement utilising many modalities from ancient practices up to present date.

I have been very fortunate to have worked and studied with some of the best coaches, mentors this journey in to healthy happy mind body and soul I have been truly blessed.

Through the practices of breath work and meditation our journey begins first looking inward, eyes closed, we start the journey into our very own bodies becoming present with ourselves, what we feel and the sensations that arise within.  We begin to see another space open up and we feel a deeper connection to our bodies, to the messages and language of this vessel that we reside within.

We begin to explore the heart and its radiating energy, connecting heart and mind together, observing and listening, we are stepping into the world of coherence, we become unified.”
