BIG MONTHLY INDUSTRY MEET-UP

Edinburgh's hospitality heroes, this ones for you. On the first Monday of every month, we're hosting our Industry night at George IV Bar, built for the bartenders, servers, chefs, managers and mischief-makers who keep the pints pouring and the city buzzing.

Expect live music, our resident DJ, food and drinks, plus a chance to show off your skills and creativity in our monthly cocktail competition. Connect with suppliers, old pals, and new faces. It's free entry, just bring your best and your slightly frayed Monday energy.

We're all abount community, cannection and care, which is why we are proud to team up with the brilliant folks at The Burnt Chef Project to shine a light on mental health in hospitality.

So come raise a glass, swap war stories from the weekend, and remind yourself why this industry's a beautiful, pirate family.
