Begin Pilates this Spring and learn the fundamentals of this fantastic technique on the mat. Feel your body getting stronger and more supple, and notice your balance and proprioception improve. 

Gathering Essence is a large, hidden gem of a studio, off Broughton Street, down Broughton Street Lane just near Real Foods. 

New Term: Tuesday 21st April to 23rd June. 

We have a rescheduling facility, so if you cannot make a class, you can cancel up to 24 hours in advance and re-book - any time during the term - in to any of our classes in-person or live online.
