Physiotherapy lead body mind balancing.About this EventMany neurodivergent minds struggle with seated meditation and through personnal experience I've found balance and play as very grounding. Balance and games will be used as a substitute for meditation to improve focus, presence and a trust in the body.I have a firm beliefe that adults and children can learn and teach each other many important lessons about trust, perservearance, play, presence and regulation. Thus adults and children will be welcome. Children 7 and above.Practically there will be balance challenges and equipment to use. Instructions and supervision.  Including slackline, surf trainers, balance beams, gym balls etc. The facilitator will aim to encorporate their body based experiences of neuroscience, contact improve, slack lines, playfighting, fighting monkey and circus skills in a monthly session.Late commers are welcome ( expected with neurodiverse minds)
