In this session, Jo Richards will lead an uplifting, high-energy class that celebrates groove, musicality, and connection, with a strong “let’s have fun” party vibe.You’ll learn some of the best-known foundation steps — including the Running Man, Biz Markie, the Shamrock, the Steve Martin, and more — and we’ll put them into an easy, feel-good flow you can actually use.
