- **Event Description**: An Autumn Gathering: Forest Bathing & Aromatherapy Workshop at Dr. Neil's Garden. Deeply connect to nature & create your own perfumeAbout this EventA Forest Bathing & Aromatherapy DayAn Autumn Gathering at Dr. Neil's GardenSaturday 7th November | 10.30am–3pmFull details and tickets here: https://www.aile-holistic.com/products/a-autumnal-gathering-forest-bathing-aromatherapy-at-dr-neils-gardenDr. Neil's Garden was created in 1963 by two local GPs who simply wanted people to slow down and experience the quiet power of nature. In November, with the loch still and the trees in their gorgeous autumn colours, it feels exactly as they intended. We're bringing together two practices that sit naturally alongside each other - forest bathing and aromatherapy. A chance to settle into the season, connect with others, and leave with something made by your own hands.Forest BathingLed by Rosie, forest bathing guide and psychotherapist - we'll spend two hours moving gently through the autumn landscape of Dr. Neil's Garden. Slowing down, noticing, soaking it in. Autumn asks us to release and turn inward, and this practice creates space to feel that. We'll close with a tea ceremony outdoors, time to reflect before moving inside. Please dress for all weathers.AromatherapyInside Thomson's Tower, a remarkable octagonal building sitting right on the banks of Duddingston Loch, Gill will guide you through creating your own 10ml therapeutic perfume using pure essential oils. Each one is chosen for its therapeutic properties as much as its scent, and today's palette draws on the deep, grounding notes of autumn. We're also working with the energy of the new moon - a natural moment for intention-setting and quiet beginnings so you'll leave with a scent that's genuinely yours, made with purpose.A light lunch is provided between the two sessions, with space to connect and settle. We hope you'll join us.Spaces are limited to 10.DetailsDate: Saturday 7th November | 10.30am–3pmLocation: Dr. Neil's Garden, EdinburghPrice: £88 per person, includes a £5 donation to Dr. Neil's GardenWhat's included:~ Forest bathing experience with autumn tea ceremony~ Light lunch and refreshments~ Aromatherapy workshop with all materials provided~ Your hand-crafted therapeutic perfume to take home~ £5 donation to Dr. Neil's Garden charity
