# Event Details - **Event Name**: Aerial Yoga & Primal Drumming Workshop Edinburgh, 5th December, 4.15-5.30pm - **Event Start and End Date**: Sat, 05 Dec, 2026 at 04:15 pm – Sat, 05 Dec, 2026 at 05:30 pm (+00:00) - **Event Description**: A dynamic yet accessible workshop blending aerial yoga, live drumming and rhythm, then slowing into gentle stretches and a 30-min sound bathAbout this EventThis workshop brings together aerial yoga with live drumming from KOA Edinburgh using the rhythm of the drum to guide movement before gradually slowing down into stretching, release and deep relaxation. We’ll begin with an energising aerial yoga flow, with the primal rhythm of the drum guiding the pace of the practice and helping to bring energy and focus to the movement. The flow is dynamic but accessible, mainly working from standing poses. From there, the rhythm begins to slow and we’ll move into gentler, longer-held stretches, allowing the body to gradually shift from movement into release. For the final 30 minutes, everything becomes still. You’ll settle back into the hammocks for an immersive aerial sound bath, with live sound continuing around you as you rest and allow the body to relax. The result is a little yin/yang: an energising start to get the blood moving, followed by slower stretches and a period of deep rest. If you’re someone who needs a bit of movement and energy before you can properly let go, this combination could be just what you’re looking for.The movements are relatively accessible and you don’t need any previous aerial yoga or yoga experience. We mainly work from standing or seated positions, avoiding spending too much time on the knees.✨ Suitable for:Anyone with a standard range of movement. No previous aerial yoga or yoga experience required.✨ What to expect:An energising aerial yoga flow guided by live drummingA dynamic but accessible standing and seated practice, with poses from a kneeling position kept to a minimumSlower stretches as the rhythm begins to settleA full 30-minute aerial sound bath in the hammocksTime to relax, release and simply enjoy being supported by the hammock - **Event URL**: https://allevents.in/edinburgh/aerial-yoga-and-primal-drumming-workshop-edinburgh-5th-december-415-530pm/100001996993006841 - **Event Categories**: fitness, health-wellness, Workshops - **Interested Audience**: - total_interested_count: 0 - **Event Highlights**: - Age Limit: 16+ - Doors Open At: 4:05 PM - Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes - Location: The Crags Centre - Languages: English ## Ticket Details - **Ticket Price Range**: min: 25.08, max: 25.08, currency: GBP ## Event venue details - **city**: Edinburgh - **state**: SC - **country**: United Kingdom - **location**: The Crags Centre - **lat**: 55.9449494 - **long**: -3.1795771 - **full address**: The Crags Centre, 10 Bowmont Place, Edinburgh, United Kingdom ## Event gallery - **Alt text**: Aerial Yoga & Primal Drumming Workshop Edinburgh, 5th December, 4.15-5.30pm - **Image URL**: https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events9/banners/f3cd14c058e4c6879c7dff9334296b586ac1c00fc8e4e0350f80bbedfd6aef0f-rimg-w1200-h1600-dc180808-gmir.jpg?v=1786318296 ## FAQs - **Q**: When and where is Aerial Yoga & Primal Drumming Workshop Edinburgh, 5th December, 4.15-5.30pm being held? - **A:** Aerial Yoga & Primal Drumming Workshop Edinburgh, 5th December, 4.15-5.30pm takes place on Sat, 05 Dec, 2026 at 04:15 pm to Sat, 05 Dec, 2026 at 05:30 pm at The Crags Centre, 10 Bowmont Place, Edinburgh, United Kingdom. - **Q**: Who is organizing Aerial Yoga & Primal Drumming Workshop Edinburgh, 5th December, 4.15-5.30pm? - **A:** Aerial Yoga & Primal Drumming Workshop Edinburgh, 5th December, 4.15-5.30pm is organized by Conscious Yoga. - **Q**: Who is this event for?
