We are excited to announce the next of these ever-popular events! A restorative and meditative experience using Aerial hammocks and the Sound Bath as tools to reach that ultimate state of relaxation.
Float away in your own private aerial hammock while experiencing the resonant sounds of the singing bowls.
Sound baths are a meditative practice involving the use of resonant music. This creates an immersive sound that fills the room and the body, aiming to help people relax and let go of stress, anxiety, or other worries and concerns. People report feeling deeply relaxed after sound baths, which may have health benefits.
A sound bath usually involves lying on your yoga mat on in an aerial hammock and listening to highly resonant, immersive music, so they feel enveloped in it.
The sound bath involves singing bowls, which are bell-like instruments that create a resonant tone when a person strikes them.
Who are sound baths suitable for?
A person might be a good candidate for sound baths if:
they feel comfortable meditating or would like to try meditating
they are interested in group meditation
they are realistic about what sound baths can and cannot do
However, some people may not get on well with sound baths. This includes those who:
find intense sounds stressful or overstimulating
have migraine with noise triggers
have hearing aids, as the sounds may be uncomfortable
Please note that due to the unique nature of our special events, we are unable to offer refunds, so please do check your availability before booking. If you are unable to attend you may be able to transfer your place to someone else to allow them to attend in your place.
Please note that Aerial Hammocks are not recommended during pregnancy.
