We started in April 2024 and we host bi-weekly meetings in the evening and social events such as picnics in the summer. Our meetings will be facilitated by a mental health professional with experience in crisis mental health and working with people who have experienced violence. But you don't need to feel like you fit these specific categories. This group is open to ANYONE finding it hard at the moment. Solidarity is built on community. Bring a friend! Our meetings are about chatting, sharing however much (or little!), and building a supportive community.Once you attend an open meeting you can join our WhatsApp group where we plan impromptu walks, coffees, meet-ups, etc. and see how we can support each other ❤️Our lovely space at Līla Yoga has limited capacity so we're asking folks to sign up to make sure we aren't overflowing!
